Interrail part 1: Switzerland

After countless of considerations we decided that our summer holiday should be a European adventure by train: Interrail it is!
Denmark -off we go, Hamburg tri and hippies, and night train to Zürich.
We wanted some time in Denmark this summer, so 14 days were all we had for the triå. We ended up using our no-limit ticket 35 times and in total we used 55 different transport vehicles!
It sounds like a lot, but it was not to much. And we "only" visited Germany, Switzerland, France and Italy.

Our budget were 10.000 DKK (approx. 1.350 euros) and we hid it spot on ! Even though the currency were not in our favor due to Brexit. Mainly due to that one Swiss Frank equaled around 5 DKK one month before departure and was around 7 DKK when we arrived. But we so not regret at all that we went to Switzerland...

When I moved to Aarhus back in 2008 I lived at a dorm for 1½ year where I met a lovely girl from Zürich called Miriam. WE haven met for several years, but I am so glad I contacted her for a few tips. She opened her home for us and she was our personal guide and the best company you can wish for.
